Maybelline Master Highlight Blush in Nude

I don't know why but lately I have been obsessing over finding the perfect highlight. So when I saw this product I thought it could be it. While it isn't exactly what I have been looking for, it is still something I am proud having in my collection. It is the Maybelline Master Highlight Blush in Nude.

The mosaic design is absolutely adorable and quite unique. It has muave, dusty pink, gold and champagne colors, all shimmers. This highlight gives you a rose gold finish. I like it a lot because it gives a nice natural glow. While it is shimmery it is very fine, so it doesn't look like you put glitter on your face. It is STUNNING! The blush feels smooth and creamy.

Left to Right; All mixed in, just the gold, just the pink

The packaging is very bulky, but it does have a mirror which I appreciate, you never know when you need a touch up. It brings a brush as well.

This product cost me $9.99 at Target, pretty pricey for a drugstore product. BUT it is a very rare color and unusual to find in a drugstore. I think this product is perfect for all year around. If you are loving the rose gold trend then I think this is something you should look into.

Limited Edition Maybelline Color Tattoo in Barely Beige

When I first saw this product I fell in love. It reminded me of a MAC paint pot, those cost about 13.00 dollars. Maybelline Color Tattoo are about 6 dollars meaning WAY less for a product that does the same. Since this particular product is limited edition it was a BIG hunt for me. I searched high and low, every Walgreen, CVS, Wal-mart, Target, and ended up buying it on online. But it was completely worth it.

It is the most beautiful shimmery beige color. It looks soft and is the perfect lid color on me. It is creamy and easy to blend. If you can get your hands on this I suggest you grab it!

Maybelline Eyestudio Quad in Olive Martini

I found this quad to be so unique. I saw it and immediately grabbed for it. I'm drawn to any eyeshadow with a duochrome. I find them to be really interesting and they bring out some unique dimension to any look. Plus they are super pretty. In this quad the duochrome is a bronze color and it has a blue shine to it. I think with a bronze base this color will just POP! This quad is also limited edition and I found it for $9.99 at my local Walgreens.

Future eye look REAL soon!

FOTD:Wet N Wild Comfort Zone

Just using my Fave color of the palette (which is the definer on the green side) I created this simple smokey eye. It is this red brown color with this green duo chromem, absolutly gorgeous! The really cool thing about this eyeshadow it can transform into 2 diferrent colors. To get the vibrant duo chrome effect pack on the color with an eyeshadow brush. To get the brown color blend out the eyeshadow with a fluffy blending brush, it will still give you a subtle green shimmer.

Duo 7:Maybelline Smooth Mousse Foundation and Dream Matte Powder Combo

I decided to end my series with the best combo I have found recently that Ive been absolutly insanly madly in love with!! Its the Maybelline foundation and powder. The foundation is the Smooth Mousse in porcelian ivory. I usually go for liquid foundation but decided to try something new and Im so happy I did. Smooth mousse is this creamy but yet light foundation. It blends like a dream and fairly matches my skin tone. I apply it with my fingers just because its faster. It leaves my face with a satin finish. Then after applying my foundation I set it with Dream Matte powder in light. The powder is a little hard to describe, its not like any powder Ive ever used before. Its lightweight but dense in the sense of not a lot of fall out. I apply it with my flat top powder brush from ELF. It leaves my skin so soft and you cant tell I even have powder on. What I love is that it doesnt rub off on fabric ypu know when you hug someone. Now this combo isnt perfect. It doesnt have a strong lasting power. I say maybe 6-8 hours keep in mind I wear this in 80 degree dry weather AND no AC in my car. lol. My biggest thing about it is that the coverage is medium, I prefer FULL. Im not sure if this product is being discontinued although I have a slight suspecion since I dont see much. If you know please inform me, in the count that I have to buy back ups! Its my go to product when Im in a hurry, which is 90% of the time.

I really like the packaging as well. Especially the powder.

Maybelline Color Sensation

Wanting to find the perfect coral lipstick I went to my nearest CVS and purchased 2 lipsticks from Maybelline. They are both from their new pearl collection. In the colors Luminous Lilac and Coral Cream.

What the product claims to do
More luminous dimension from micronized pearls
Luscious, creamier feel from nourishing honey nectar

I was expecting these lipsticks to be like a frost but instead they were EXTREMELY glittery yet really pigmented. What I HATE about this product is the smell. VERY strong scent of flowers and baby powder, may sound appealing but its not. They dont feel creamy or glossy on the lips, but they dont dry the lips. Each cost me 3.75.
I love the way they look on, they both suited my skin tone and are good colors in the nude category. Not so sure if I would rebuy or purchase more an any other colors. Im 50/50 love the colors hate the smell. I would rate this product a 5.

Reviews

I was intrigued by this item because I needed a quick make up routine when i take my son to the park or just have an errand to do. I have MAC black track fluidliner and LOVE it but its soooooo time consuming. This eyeliner is amazing. Its really black which I like and even though its metallic on the label its not at all when you put it on. So other than the false advertisment I really love this product. It stays on all day and doesnt smudge as long as your eyes arent watery. So its not the best liner for putting on your waterline. Not only will I buy this product again I want to get it in every color I can find it in!! It cost about $5.99 at my CVS.

I like to use Dream Mousse blush in Rose Petal for when Im on the go. It gives a nice flush glow. The texture reminds me of whip cream. It blends nicely but I would recommand using a brush so it goes on less splotchy. The one thing I dont like about this product is that it does have glitter. I was hoping it have more of a shimmer. It also makes for a great base for other blushes, not just a berry pink ALL pinks. I will buy this product again.
