Go to Look: Gold Glitter Bold Lips

They say the holiday season is when the glitter comes out, it just makes your look more festive. While I completely agree I am a person who hates to be limited over some "rule", what can I say I'm a rebel. I have been very into neutrals lately, I blame my Smashbox FULL Exposure palette, so to jazz up my eye makeup I wear NYX gold glitter eyeliner. I apply it only on my inner corner, it really brighten up my eyes. It looks so pretty when the sun reflects off the glitter. I like to pair up this look with a bold hot pink lip. So whenever I want to add some fun to the look this is my go to look.

I have the same hair length as Ashley Benson and I have always loved her style, a sort of messy alternative look. She is always rockin a heavy eyeliner look and wavy hair. My look is always the same with a cat wing and a nude liner on my waterline. So I decided to switch it up a bit and steal Ashley's look.

New Year, New Hair

I went from long red hair to medium brown. Dying my red hair for 10 months just brought so much damage and you know me I love to change it up. Plus spring is just around the corner so having my hair simple and light is just what I need.

Maybelline Master Highlight Blush in Nude

I don't know why but lately I have been obsessing over finding the perfect highlight. So when I saw this product I thought it could be it. While it isn't exactly what I have been looking for, it is still something I am proud having in my collection. It is the Maybelline Master Highlight Blush in Nude.




The mosaic design is absolutely adorable and quite unique. It has muave, dusty pink, gold and champagne colors, all shimmers. This highlight gives you a rose gold finish. I like it a lot because it gives a nice natural glow. While it is shimmery it is very fine, so it doesn't look like you put glitter on your face. It is STUNNING! The blush feels smooth and creamy.

The packaging is very bulky, but it does have a mirror which I appreciate, you never know when you need a touch up. It brings a brush as well.


This product cost me $9.99 at Target, pretty pricey for a drugstore product. BUT it is a very rare color and unusual to find in a drugstore. I think this product is perfect for all year around. If you are loving the rose gold trend then I think this is something you should look into.

I saw this dress and wanted it right away. I instantly knew that it would be such a great piece for the fall. I think you can add a leather jacket or dress it down with some ankle boots. What I found interesting about the dress was the length. It goes right above the knee, I think it just makes the dress more versatile.
