These days have been so hectic I have family over and this Saturday was my princess first Birthday and my husband's 25th!!! It was a PACKED day full of events. I took the kids to the park. It is a beautiful park, with a waterfall and a pond with animals like ducks and turtles. A jungle gym and a water park area. Really beautiful.
Then we went to my hubby's fave place for pizza and ate there.
Then finally the cake and presents part. I love Tinkerbell and thought it was a perfect theme for my baby girl.
Just another makeup lover. I am passionate about beauty and food! Here is a space that I will discuss both things.

Wet N Wild Blush in Mellow Wine
For the summer Ive been really into blush that just looks natural. I LOVE my Milani blush in Luminoso but when I want something with a Matte finish I use my Wet N Wild blush in Mellow Wine. Its this beautiful muave color. This blush is really pigmented and what I really like its that it blends nicely with my bronzer. It cost me about 2.99 at Walgreens.

Beyond Makeup, Pure Art
I came across this blogsite and found these extraordinary pics of eye looks. The artist name is KatieAlves, well her blogname is. I always believed makeup was art. Our face is the canvas and makeup is the paint. This girl is BEYOND makeup, she takes it into a WHOLE different level. Her makeup is so colorful and creative. I love her Disney eye looks, they are so precise and beautiful. The most amazing thing of all is most of the stuff she uses to create these looks are drugstore makeup.
There is tons more pictures. Here is the site. Totally recommend you do for inspiration or for some incredible eyecandy.

Lauren Conrad Inspired Makeup and Hair
I have been on this Hills rerun kick for about a month now, I love that show. I was inspired to do a look by Lauren Conrad. She has that barely there makeup look down. She really just seem to wear eyeliner, mascara, and tons of lipgloss. I did her famous side braid and straightened the rest of my hair. This look is perfect for everyday and especially in the summer because of its simplicity.

Revlon Colorstay foundation in Ivory
Covergirl Simply Ageless concealer

Milani Baked blush in Luminoso
Rimmel Bronzer in Sunlight
ELF shimmer palette for highlight

NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil in Milk
Coastal Scents Double stack eyeshadow and blush palette in Matte
I used a light brown on the lid and a slightly darker brown for the crease
I put black liner half way on my lower and upper lashline then white eyeliner for my waterline. Making the eyes look more bigger and awake.

I have been on a hunt for ANY crackle nailpolish. In my case OPI is out of the question they sold out super fast. I went to my local Sally's and found China Glaze Crackle nailpolish in every color but black. I picked up the white in Lightening bolt, I figured the white would match better with everything. I wanted to it pair up with a bright nailpolish. I chose Thimbleberry from sinful colors, its this bright watermelon pink, super pretty. The crackle nailpoilish dried pretty fast and worked within seconds. Cant wait to test it out with other colors.
