This one is the most neutral out of the 3. I believe it will suit all skin tones and eye color.

Vol. 3 has bright colors you can do a lot of fun looks with this palette.
Each palette contains 9 eyeshadows. Each palette contains eyeshadows with either glitter, shimmer and satin finishes. TheBalm always manages to have amazing quality in their shadows. Outstanding pigmentation, the texture is sooo creamy and soft and very good lasting power. You get a range of colors and neutrals. Each palette has a decent sized mirror. The packaging is ADORABLE! I am in love with these new gems for my collection. Recommend you check it out for yourself.
