I went from long red hair to medium brown. Dying my red hair for 10 months just brought so much damage and you know me I love to change it up. Plus spring is just around the corner so having my hair simple and light is just what I need.

Maybelline Master Highlight Blush in Nude

I don't know why but lately I have been obsessing over finding the perfect highlight. So when I saw this product I thought it could be it. While it isn't exactly what I have been looking for, it is still something I am proud having in my collection. It is the Maybelline Master Highlight Blush in Nude.




The mosaic design is absolutely adorable and quite unique. It has muave, dusty pink, gold and champagne colors, all shimmers. This highlight gives you a rose gold finish. I like it a lot because it gives a nice natural glow. While it is shimmery it is very fine, so it doesn't look like you put glitter on your face. It is STUNNING! The blush feels smooth and creamy.

The packaging is very bulky, but it does have a mirror which I appreciate, you never know when you need a touch up. It brings a brush as well.


This product cost me $9.99 at Target, pretty pricey for a drugstore product. BUT it is a very rare color and unusual to find in a drugstore. I think this product is perfect for all year around. If you are loving the rose gold trend then I think this is something you should look into.

I saw this dress and wanted it right away. I instantly knew that it would be such a great piece for the fall. I think you can add a leather jacket or dress it down with some ankle boots. What I found interesting about the dress was the length. It goes right above the knee, I think it just makes the dress more versatile.

Loreal LeMatte in She is so Matte

Loreal recently came out with these new lipsticks that are truly the craze around the beauty community. I saw this particular color in a video blog and said yep I need that in my life! Loreal LeMatte in She is so matte #408 is a stunning corally red color. It is bright but not so in your face. I think it is that perfect transition color from summer to fall. It glides right on your lips like butter. I feel like it is more of a satin finish then matte. On the lips, which are really dry, I felt this lipstick isn't as moisturizing as I would like. As the day progress I felt it would get more drying. Also the color fell on my lines which I hate. So I feel like I need to put chapstick before using this product.

I really liked the fact that this is a retractable pen and has a fine tip because I feel like you get more control of the pencil. Aside from the color being absolutly beautiful and perfect with my red hair the pigmentation of this product is AMAZING! I would say the longevity of the lipstick is about 3-6 hours.


I purchased this item in Target and saw a lot of nudes,muave and red then one bright purple. Not all of them are matte, they have others that carry a shiny consistency. I am certain I will branch out and try to get my hands on more colors. I hear that these are limited edition so if you are lip lover this is an item you should consider to look into. If you are a matte fan then more so to look into this product. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and give this product a B+
