I came across this cake at the grocery store and my eyes widened as if I saw a celebrity! I was so thrilled to see that Cake Boss was branching out with a product of theirs that I could try because I LOVE the show. I grabbed for it right away. I bought the cake for $13.00 on sale.
Unfortunately the cake was disappointing. It claimed to be moist and wasn't. The frosting was bland, the decoration of the cake was underwhelming since we know he does amazing work. I did enjoy the fudge filling, it was creamy and tasty. Overall the cake is nice but no I would not repurchase it.
I give it B-
